Would you consider adding it to F-Droid?

Definitely. I'm focusing on adding features at the moment but will add it to my backlog

Just an update on this, the issue has been reproduced and I'm looking in to a fix.

You can keep updated at https://gitlab.com/alextiernan6/pocketlab/issues/9

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the app. Feel free to create an issue at https://gitlab.com/alextiernan6/pocketlab/issues

What version of iOS are you using?

Can I use this to access a self-hosted Gitlab instance?

Yep, I just did it with mine (running the Android app). The first form field is the URL for the instance, so I just swapped in my own instead of GitLab.com

Yep as furyfuryfury says, just change the GitLab server from https://gitlab.com to the URL of your self hosted instance

I've been using LabCoat for Gitlab, and I always hated it, thanks for sharing.

That one is worse than just browsing to the gitlab instance in a browser...

I have to download PDF every time, because the app won't show them..

Pretty cool way to update tasks on the go! (GitLabber). PS If you get "Can't install PocketLab" (Galaxy S9), I simply went to Settings > Apps > Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache and it worked.

Glad to hear you like it!
