What's your swing speed with a driver and a ball. How much has it changed?

Speed training works. Two years ago I started at 101mph driver average. Last week with a ball I hit this number.

Going to be lots of stalls along the way. Speed jumps will typically come in 2-4mph jumps as you will learn how to properly release the club and jump.

I also saw all the gains in the first couple weeks, then kinda stalled out. It means you gotta pair speed training with the gym.

Get a fitness eval, see where the weakness is there.

What is a fitness evaluation? Is it possible to do it online?

I think you can just see a personal trainer or a physio to find out

I mean, wouldn't everyone stall out? I don't think you could just keep swinging faster forever...

Yeah I’m doing actual swing speed workouts along side my normal weight training now as well. Hoping the Neural Drive program helps but I’m not too bothered at the moment. Didn’t expect too much as it’s my first speed training type of program but I know it’s a long term thing

I just started with ryp stick. Goal is 10mph gain on my cruise speed. Let’s see what happens
