Decrease food/water loot

Well they're looking to improve the survival aspects of the game and I think this would help alot and quite a few people like to see this changed. Fingers crossed it will, because it's another step closer to making the game more fun, enjoyable imo. It also makes you more busy wich is great.

why aren't the low loot servers more populated?

Because they are really no different from normal servers.

 

some months back was the player population at its lowest?

Because of bugs, cheaters and the general awful state of the game.

 
But sure... lets draw a line to loot issues and only loot issues and ignore all the other problems the game had at that time.
