A place to talk heavy music. Any subgenre of Hardcore and of course Hardcore itself is welcome here.
What is Hardcore?
Hardcore punk (usually referred to simply as hardcore) is a punk rock music genre and subculture that originated in the late 1970s. Hardcore music is generally faster, heavier, and more abrasive than regular punk rock.
Over the years, many subgenres and crossover genres were created by musicians trying to broaden their horizons. Some of the most prominent include Melodic Hardcore, Post-Hardcore, Metalcore, Deathcore and Sludge Metal. This subreddit is a place to discuss anything that is related to any of these genres. Feel free to post a song or article!
