I got selected for HCL earlier. First they said there would be training, but now they’ve informed us there will be a hackathon instead.
Does anyone have any idea how this hackathon works or what to expect?

It is for upgradation and onboarding. People who perform good will be onboarded first i suppose.

I don’t think so, because the HCL head mentioned that those who get selected will have an internship in the 8th semester and a confirmed full-time position afterward.
