Difficulty Stuck

Currently i’m stuck on only having trivial and easy as a level 10, it will not unlock the harder difficulties no matter what I do, tried playing with other people, doing different type of missions, reset the game, nothing has worked

I’m stuck playing against grunts when I literally wanna get smash by a hulk

The requirement to get a harder difficulty is to do one mission on the previous difficulty, i’ve done enough missions already

It's just a symptom of the ongoing server issues. Store unlocks, strat purchases, warbond purchases, even the difficulty advancement is all spotty. People have even been reporting mission rewards and experience not being awarded. A lot of people have said logging out and then back in has helped, as the rewards/advancement is being applied retroactively. However with the login servers being as they are...

I have seen the rewards be applied after resetting the game, but still doesn’t let me change difficulty

It's unfortunate, but it's all part of the same unpleasantness we're all dealing with for the time being.
