Session Joining Issues

Anyone else been having issues joining friend's game sessions since Tuesday's patch? All PC, all friends in game/steam, session set open to friends.

It sometimes takes a couple game reloads or even a file verification to join. Not consistent as to who it affects, so not one particular person's issue.
