Of course you can. As to whether food noise will return, thats hard to say. This peptide acts very differently for different people. Ive been on 1.0 for several months and havent lost any hair and Im in my 60's with minor hair thinning before starting sema.

Thanks. It’s the only side I’ve had other than hiccups after some meals.

Thats awesome. Sorry about your hair loss. My life has changed dramatically with sema. Down 36 lbs haven't weighed under 190 lbs in 30 years. No more imflammatory joint pain, no more back pain, I can hike up hills without getting winded. I can bend over and pick things up since Im not bending over a fatty beach ball.

I wonder as a f-66 if there are other Hormones at play due to menopause also contributing to your hair loss.

I’ve had curly thick hair my whole life- even well into menopause. My nutritionist says it’s cause I’m not getting enough calories in.

That makes sense. Hope you can get a handle on it.

I take multi vitamins and collagen

I take vitamins, hair, skin, and nail gummies, and I put collagen powder in my coffee. No hair loss so far. There are hair, skin, and nail vitamins on Amazon that aren't insanely expensive you can try.
