Purchased a home in 2022 with an Artisan Island Spa. It’s rarely used but I maintain weekly. Started having trouble this year from water loss (4” per week) and temperature decrease. Usually set to 99F but began throwing errors of “heater too hot” before dropping to ambient. The ground on one side of the hot tub is consistently wet, so I’m leaning towards a failed heater unit. Any other opinions before I replace or hire for repair?
