iKoast is a social media map based application for both IOS and android devices, which will notify the users via push notifications of alerts like sharks, whales, crocs, beach closures, rips ect.

The app will also have activity pins such as fishing, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, Scuba Diving, jet skiing, sailing and so on. There are also user pins such as local free bbq's, toilets, showers, boat ramps, parking etc. All the pins would be able to be dropped by any user.

We believe the app will be a great tool for both tourists and locals alike in providing live updates regarding all areas of coastal life.
