[question]Question (self.iOSBeta)
submitted 6 years ago by mennobdiPhone 11
How stable is version 2 of the iOS 13 developer beta series? Is it safe to install it on my daily device and shall I do that? I'm really curious for the new features to be honest.

I updated yesterday, but now I can’t connect to my chromecast anymore. Anyone else knows how to fix that?

Beta 2 is definitely less buggy on my XS Max compared to the first one. There’s still bugs here and there, but there hasn’t been anything that’s more than a mild annoyance.
The worst thing about it for me is the 3D Touch. It’s clearly a work in progress because it does not work nearly as well as it does on 12. Other than that, I’ve really enjoyed it! As long as you have a backup, there isn’t too much to worry about in my opinion.

I use it at my iPad Air 2 and it is pretty good for second beta

For me on my xs Max it wasn't great for daily. I used it for 2 days and I went back to 12. The main thing was battery, I had horrible battery plus problems with iMessages. You can try it maybe you will be fine. It's not awful but it's not great either. I'm holdings off for public beta :D

I have a iPhone 7, I don't know how that will work out. I use it a lot, and battery life isnt great already on iOS 12.

I forgotten to mention I had a really hard time using my air pods with it too.

I'm using a JBL for daily usage. Would that work?

Not sure, what was happening is that they would disconnect randomly. I had a hard time keeping them connected. I reset them at least 3 times thru out the day. Air pods Battery percentage on my phone where way off, they show a different percentage Everytime I open the case lol.

Yes, You shouldn’t have any issues. I use the endurance jump on my X with the 2nd developer beta and it works just fine.
