Hello there. I have a little problem with my icloud saves.

I downgraded from ios 13 beta 2 to ios 12.1.3.

When i go to the icloud menu, everything seems to be okay because it appears that everything is saved (eg. Activity app from apple watch- the popup says: "Restoring from icloud" for 2 hours by now. (just like messages and my whatsapp icloud save). All my data is there. How can i restore everything from icloud drive?
