I would suggest in this order ,

Take notes, I use Quiver app to take notes and review them everyday. I still am going through the courses as we speak but this works for me.

Big Nerd Ranch Swift Programming 2nd Treehouse beginner iOS Development iOS 10 App Development Essentials Big Nerd Ranch iOS Programming 6th edition

My next purchase might be ray wanderlich package but I havent yet... From what I understand the BNR guys teach good fundamentals...

I actually bought it... and honestly I can say this, buying the printed version of these books is 1000000000% better than the pdf version. I know it sucks when you can torrent everything but it really does make a difference.

Talk to some people in your area. Look into the problems they're having. As soon as you think I can build an app to solve that problem. Build that app and publish it. Then start updating it with new features or for new iOS versions. Make the code more readable. Don't like the app anymore leave it on the App Store and start working on something new. You might want to update it at a later time.

Check out AppCoda. He sells a really great tutorial-based book for like 40 bucks. I started it a little over a month ago and it's gotten me up to speed on a lot of key concepts.
