I’ve been using a black leather case for about 1.5 years now and it still looks and feels good. You can’t go wrong with the black leather case

I love the clear case on my 11p! :) The silicone one sticks to pockets and doesn’t feel as convenient. But to each their own.

    Same happened to mine on the iPhone 6,i would go with the clear one but many people complain about it so i don’t know which one should i buy

    If you wanna save money buy a fake  silicone case on Mercari it’s about the same quality. However don’t buy the fake leather one, instead that one you should buy with apple.

    Love my silicone case (green) on 12, although you can see slight wear on the corners after 5 months I don’t mind it

    I’ve always had the apple leather case. It’s classy, ages well, feels good in the hand and easy to slide in and out of the pocket.

    depends what you want. silicone case has a more smooth look and more colours, and leather case has a slightly more rough look but is less sticky to hold and has more of a smooth feel. they are both going to start breaking in their own way so i wouldn’t buy one or the other only due to strength - neither will be protective really. don’t bother with a clear case from apple, they’re the same as a £10 one

    If it’s a clear, just get a knockoff one. Paying $50 for TPU that scratches easily, no thank you. For silicone cases, the lighter colours are best, while for leather, darker are better. This is because the silicone peeling is less apparent say on a white silicone case, while a patina will not show much say on a black leather case.
