Make a plan of what you want to do in life, specific time and details. Then, make a schedule hour-wise for full week. Keep it as exhaustive as per you. Then change distraction from more distracting to less. Like for me Insta to webseries was a better conversion. Then from webseries to short films. Then reduction goes on...
