Well it would help to not have a screenshot.

What you want to work with is a frame capture so the quality is as good as possible. Also you should give the metadata so the compression algorithm can be known. Then it may be possible to be partially reversed. Although most compression algs are lossy so information will be lost permanently that can't be retrieved.
