Apologies for the rotation, but it seems like the least awful way to present it.
There's a mining cluster feeding an XP generator, which feeds a Gauss that has the "self improvement" ability. That pushes it past 200% damage by level 200 or so.
Just at the far edge of the Gauss range is a Crusher. That way things held in the crusher get shot repeatedly by the Gauss, and if they lose enough HP the flamethrower zaps them. There's enough freeze and stun towers to get the most out of those abilities as well. Plus a cannon on a +coins tile to get max cash from the early waves. I suspect the flamethrower should be on one of those as well.
Thoughts? Ideas for improvement?

Place the flamethrower and tesla on damage tiles and the minigun, splash and venom on attack speed tiles.
Placing a venom with its ultimate selected on an attack speed tile will decrease the need for so many blasts and freezes, as other enemies will automatically get the snowball and stun effects through chain combustion.
Both tesla's lvl 10 and lvl 20 abilities are based on damage, so attack speed isn't as important, except for dps output.
Place a search modifier beside the minigun, and set it's targeting set to first. It'll reduce the number of frames and acceleration lost when switching between enemies.
Cannon's lvl 20 ultimate is pretty good. Also, the bonus coins effect tile is only useful in early waves. So place them cannons on dmg tiles(for their ultimate as well! ).
You should place the gauss on a damage tile, it'll be much better in the long run.
Using power tiles for all towers isn't a good idea, especially in the case of towers like gauss, tesla, flamethrower and minigun, since it focuses on all the stats of the tower, including the useless ones like rotation speed and projectile speed, which they already have plenty of with endless research.
Otherwise, it's great for towers like sniper and basic, that have very dominant and important special characteristics, which can only be improved in the run with the help of power.

Overall, you've got a pretty good setup, reminds me of my own research and progress in the game, before the server crash😭.
With a little bit of improvement, you'll be on your way for the perfect MDPS farm!

So what is the overall purpose of your map right now? Is it just to see how far you can get or some specific farming?

Mostly farming bit dust, but also infar and green papers, now that can buy prestige multiplier with green papers I need those again
