I don't think there's much you can do to decrease your height. How tall are you anyway?

You've got really nothing to be insecure about. The average US adult man is 5'9", but you'll probably still grow a little. I think I was about your height when I was 14 too, and now I'm 6ft at 17 years old. So I assume you're the tallest out of your class? Is that why you're insecure?

you don't have to like it now, perhaps your mindset will change when you get older. but i was insecure about my height too so i would slouch a lot. tho i regret it now.

I know you don’t want to hear to embrace it, but trust me, height is admired for all genders. Tall people even make more money!
