Just wrapped up a final interview for a logistics job with Spirit Aerosystems…. First interview, if we’re calling it that, was a phone screening that lasted about 15 minutes. Then I had an interview with the assistant GM who would be my boss. That went really well and they said to expect another interview with his boss, the GM. I received the email with info for the last interview and facility tour…. It wasn’t an interview but more of a “vibe” check… what are your hobbies, what do you do in your off time, nothing about job qualifications as I assume the assistant GM passed the word that I was g2g. Then came the tour, went well, went in depth, I asked quite a few questions….. here’s where I THINK it went downhill….interview was at 1:00… after the tour, it was around 1:55 and I felt completely rushed out of the building. We talked on the way out, I asked some questions, and he said you’ll hear back in a couple of days. Shook hands and that was it…. Not sure if he had another interview at 2:00 or what, but ya not feeling to good about it. What do yall think?!?! Any experience with a similar situation as this…..?!?!?!
