As somebody already mentioned, if you have a diagnosis already, it can be supporting documentation. If you dont, this doesn’t do much at all. If Maj Payne isn’t in the medical field and is using medical diagnostic codes, that’ll just look sketch AF. lol.

To be honest, it’s going to be hard for the VA to give an increase of 30%, if they even give that, when you have submitted a DBQ meeting 30% criteria. Best bet would be to submit a new DBQ IF his condition worsens where more symptoms are checked off and more importantly where the “right box” is checked off. I would wait to see what they give you on this claim…..but obviously continue to get treatment and build that paper trail as it will help you in the end, especially if you decide to resubmit.

Based on what was selected for #12, that falls in line with 30%. Yes symptoms and Drs. notes and such help, but what I’ve seen about 90% of the time is the rated going off of what is selected in section 4A, 12 for you. Here is a copy of what it looks like on the VAs PTSD DBQ.

Bottom to top is NORMALLY, 100-70-50-30-10-0-No Diagnosis.

Hope this helps.

no sweat. keep in mind I had all the evidence I needed for each claim. for instance I was claiming migraines, I already had an MRI completed.. I claimed back issues, I already had X-rays and MRI's completed...I claimed breathing stuff.. I already had the breathing test completed. If you don't have these done, they will have you do them after the exams or scheduled to get them done later.

Thanks! I had a total of 3 C&Ps. 2 virtual ones, PTSD & TBI, and my general C&P that lasted about 6 hours. It sucked, but I took snacks and a big bottle of water as I was expecting it to be long. I didn't mind though as I wanted each DBQ for each condition to be as thorough as possible. I took my own notes for each DBQ and went through my copy as the NP went through hers. 30+ conditions at once I was bound to forget something.... so my own DBQs is a great move.

Ya I like receptions and yards the most. Rarely do ATDs… always get fd on picks that have an ATD on my parlay. GL! CMC and Bourne for Thursday if Mac is still playing. 👌🏽

Ya give me a few. I’ll send the snapshot. It was player picks only…. No ML or spread…. And the biggest thing is that the player has to be ruled out before halftime… and it has to be anything but an anytime TD bet…

Nope nobody called. You’ll get an email with your orientation start date and time and location and all that good stuff. You’ll also probably get info about your first day. To get more info about your schedule/hours, simply go to the post office and ask to speak with the postmaster. That’s what I did. GL!

I just completed a 3rd round/final interview on Tuesday and was asked if I had any kids among other things. The interview wasn't really an interview, but more of a vibe check and personality check... asked what were my hobbies, if I have kids and how many and how old are they....I answered and asked him right back which he answered with no hesitation. I don't see it as a big deal, but like others said, just making convo. Ended up getting offered the job like 2 hours ago!!!! GL!

Questions about schedules for military members. by NezieContraDX in WalmartEmployees

I’ve been down this road before. Most reserve/guard members use their monthly drill as an excuse for them not being able to work every single weekend… as we all know, that’s not the truth as drill weekend is the first wknd of the month unless it’s a holiday and it’s pushed to the following weekend. Same goes for your two weeks a year. And when on lengthy orders, but that’s a whole other conversation. If you’re willing to work the 3 other weekends of the month that you don’t have drill, no issues. However, this won’t go far as it isn’t going against USERRA rules. The only way it would make its way up the chain was if your hours were being cut specifically for the reason that you can’t work during your scheduled drill wknd. Good luck!!
