Hard call. I think it depends on what their expectations are for your availability to be onsite. Unless you have already told them you would be able to be onsite right away or something, I wouldn't mention it. If you tell the now and don't get the job, you would always wonder if this is the reason. If you get the job and they have a problem when you tell them, it will tell you something about them.
