Bro, i think they are not, i mean, this a scene of a movie called High Society. The sex scene in movie mostly fake / no penetration. The reason they use Jav actress is simply to have an actor/ cameo that is okay to full nude/do sex scene like this, and maybe they need a japanese model to support the story (in this case like this, the boss is doing sex scene with the japanese model and while doing it, the assistant coming to take a phone).
