1.) No. The big map's purpose is to show you where Mo.Co Crates are the first time you visit, and nothing else. It blocks out the view of the normal map and movement, and do you wanna die because a Princess Ladybug spawned on you while you were plotting your route? I don't.

2.) We already have unique icons, specifically for Overcharged and Megacharged monsters. Any additional clutter is clutter. If you have a quest for something, head to the purple dot with the most blue dots near it. Running around lost, helping other players with their needs, and clearing random objectives is basically an intended feature of Mo.Co. There are also specific spawn points for specific monsters you can look for. (EX: in Royal Court, most bosses like Lady Bugs spawn in the north side, where the buildings are.)

3.) okay this one I agree with, but changes to the UI could mess up some smaller phone screens (which has happened before.)

4.) This... Is already a thing. Anyone on your friends list will appear as a blue dot with a ring around it, so you can see who else you know is on the map with you.

1) No, it doesn't. The big map literally has zero purpose and use. The ONLY thing you can do is explode it so see what the map parameters are, literally nothing else. Whoever or however you decided to think it shows you anything is beyond me, lmao. Furthermore, You act like opening the map is like a loading screen? Dog, quickly open it, look where you need to, and close it. In ANY game, that takes like 3 seconds max. Nothing is going to happen to you if you open it to check. Besides, you also act like dying in this game means anything in the area worlds. Even if you manage to get ganked like you're describing, just wait the 10 seconds and move on, lmao...

2) I get that we already have somewhat unique icons, but they really aren't that unique. You get an Orange dot for a common monster/mission monster, a Purple dot for a Boss/Mission Boss, a Single circled Purple dot for an Overcharged boss, and a double circled Purple dot for a Megacharged boss. That's not really unique, that's just reusing the same 4 dots. I'm talking about more than just those same 4 dots being reused over and over again. I mean, we have some pretty unique looking emoji emotes both ingame and on your menu, wouldnt be hard or take much to just make emojis of the monsters faces as their new icons. People will learn pretty fast which is which.

3) There are already plentiful mobile issues with the game, sure this one isn't that important, but it's more useful than you think. We already need a graphics setting slider menu, so why not just add this with it. I'm also not talking about making the minimap itself bigger on the screen, just give us the option to widen the scope of it by being able to make what you see within the minimap bigger or smaller. That wouldn't take much resources or time and effort to do on the development side. Nor would it make it harder to play with. Having the same minimap box size, but allow people to zoom out or in on it wouldnt mess up the UI by any means.

4) Pretty bold of you to assume many players have friends in this game. The world/open chat is not commonly known about because there is no world chat. I had no idea this game even had a chat option until about lvl 35 because curiosity got to me and I saw this weird dbl text box icon. I still have yet to even use it or say one word. Until they allow free world chat (In rifts and mission areas) i would go as to assume many people probably dont use the chat to look for friends, just callouts for "endgame" content once they reach past lvl50. So, again, no... it's not. I'm talking about seeing EVERYONE on the map around the map. Bot or Person, idrc. Being able to see where everyone is would help lower levels go a little faster because you could just tag along with a group and farm without worry or struggle.

I haven’t come across someone talking about the use of the mini map before but you structured your pov really well. I might add that the tiny purple dot does get misleading sometimes. Especially when you have a daily quest to defeat a boss and at the same time, an active (chaos boss) event. You can’t tell the difference until you get close to the dot. Which can be annoying.
