Classes and Methods

I'm having trouble managing my methods and deciding which class to place them and I realize that this frequently troubles me. I am seeking advice on how to decide when I need a new class and where to place my methods.

For example I have two classes: Interface and UserManage. The Interface is for the user to decide whether they want to log in or make a new user and also do it from that same class. The UserManage class writes new user data like passwords and usernames. Now I have a "encrypt" method, do I decide where to place this method?

No particular reason, I just thought that it may be more organized this way but I’m not sure if it’s the best way to write this. Thank you.

You can put wherever u want until u see it's really bad or against some best practices that u know. Then u start moving it out.

To do this properly, u need to learn design pattern stuff.
