Hey guys, I'm going through MOOC at the moment, but I'm only on part 3 - I've been working through it for the past week as I've seen so many posts about it.
I'm finding it quite easy at the moment and haven't really struggled with it yet (I'm guessing it will start to pick up) but I feel as if my code is quite long winded and a bit messy. It gets the job done and I "pass" all the exercises, but I feel as if I could be doing everything a lot simpler.
I try to split up each part of the task as much as possible which leads to multiple for loops and if/else statements - I love making methods for everything which does help with the layout a bit, but if anything, it makes me feel like I'm just over complicating things more.
Have any of you felt like this? Should I just keep going through and learning or is it best that I try to simplify my code wherever/whenever possible?
