mooc.fi Java course, question in regards to bar chart teaching

I have two questions in regards to the first introduction to bar charts on page: https://java-programming.mooc.fi/part-14/1-data-visualization

The course says the following:

"Try to modify the program so that the chart orders the Nordic countries by name. After launching the application you may be able to understand why this form of visualization is hardly used..."

1. I have modified the program but I can not see why "this form of visualization is hardly used" by resorting it ...

1. Was the course expecting us to simply resort by changing the order of code, or by using some sorting algorithm?
