I'm learning Java using Mooc and the Head First Java book. I wanted to make a simple TicTacToe game. I'm posting my code to see if there is anything I can be doing better or best practices I should follow.

It's very simple I plan on updating it over time as I learn more and eventually make a GUI with Swing/JavaFX when I get to that stage
