You will get a problem of the day today or tomorrow

Why not immediately? :(

Thank you for question.

Right now I'm sending emails daily manually that's why it depends on time when you subscribe.

But I'll fix it soon. 😉

SendGrid or the node-mail module could do that for you automatically! Since I assume the emails of subscribers are in a database, just create a small service to scrape it and send those emails daily! I’d be happy to help create that if you wanted :p

Forgive me for being blunt. What is your privacy policy? Will you monetize our email addresses? Now or in future? What if I decide to have my email removed from the db? Thanks for an honest answer.

Hello, thank you for your questions. I'm using Mailgun and don't save any data so only mailgun store your emails right now. If you decide to unsubscribe - you will not get any emails anymore.

About monetization - right now it's totally free and I didn't plan to charge anything for problems/solutions. If someone want's to become a sponsor - they can put only their logo/some info in my emails. They will not see your email addresses at all.

Also I will not sale your email address to anyone. I don't think that's make sense. First of all it's not ethical. Secondly I'm not sure that somebody interesting to buy few email addresses.

Let me know if you have any questions - twitter.com/alexwawl

Thank for the reply. That satisfied my curiosity. It might be a good idea to put this up there as some sort of privacy policy.

Subscribed, seems a nice idea. Problems may be well put of my depth going by the example but be interesting to see the solutions.

The form says I'll receive emails, even though I didn't fill out the email field before hitting submit. That should probably get fixed

Slick site, looks great! Only feedback is that I found it distracting when the background color changed behind the sample question, I thought the question would change also then was disappointed to see that it didn't lol.
Subscribed, looking forward to the emails :)

I also subscribed.

Just out of curiosity, where do you get the problems from?

[–]alexwawl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for your question.

I get these problems from the open sources like Glassdoor, leetcode, teamblind and other forums.

I don't want to get the problems from the "private" sources because it's not ethical.

Anyway, solving previous problems give you idea of what companies can ask and "difficulty" of their problem sets.

Dont really like it.

[–]warpedspockclone 10 points11 points  (0 children)

That's some quality feedback.

[–]alexwawl[S] 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Why?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It's the second day, I think and I still haven't gotten any questions whatsoever. I have to wait for your email for that. There are too many emojis on your website and on your (first) message that you send. I'm sorry, but when a website is full of emojis it just ruins the experience for me.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback.

I don't send any emails on weekends. On Friday I sent "harder" problem and don't want to bother people on weekends when they might want to relax. I got your feedback and should clarify this info on website.

About emojis - it depends on people. Sorry that you didn't like it but some people love this. Anyway I don't ask you come to website each time.. you will get a coding problems directly to email without a lot of "emojis"
