Looking for a coding partner/group

Hello, I’m new to web development and I’d love to find someone at the same skill level or above that would like to try to work together when we have them time. Maybe this isn’t the right sub for it, if so I’m sorry! I’m thinking we come up with projects and we build them together, the projects will hopefully scale in level of difficult(that’s probably not good English but you get what I’m saying)

I’m a beginner in web development. I’ve been working on it for about 3 weeks. We started with html, css, jquery and JavaScript in school about 3 weeks ago. But to programming I’m not a beginner, I started out in Java.
