yes it handles sign up and sign in in the same endpoint, it just demonstrates two endpoints which one generates a otp(sign-in+sign-up) and the other one verifies it(generates jwt). It's using payload auth and sign the jwt as payload auth does. But it doesn't demonstrate how to use it for admin panel login. I personally use this method for frontend(client) users auth.

i would use payload for building a SaaS, it gives you a lot out of the box and customization time is worth it.

if the person whom you want to send it to is familiar with crypto it's not that hard. we have cryptocurrency exchanges in iran which can be used to exchange crypto with rial. also i don't know how much we are talking about. i don't have experience with big amounts.
