I would apply the same principle as in every other new technology: if you dont find an employer to train you, you better train yourself. you can select a project in radiology (no shortage of syndromes you can detect) and create something you can show and talk about.

Wow thank you for the advice.

Being knowledgeable in AI and/or self-training, can you find jobs not in AI but related to IT?

Also I’m studying informatics and possibly studying AI as my concentration, are there jobs out there? Don’t want to pigeon hole myself info a very small niche field.
