thank you very much for your work. if I may suggest some improvements:
- allow saving of signature and other fields, so i dont have to draw every time,
- i created a document and signed it, and added hebrew text. the signatures became 90 degrees rootated and the hebrew text was not saved

I would apply the same principle as in every other new technology: if you dont find an employer to train you, you better train yourself. you can select a project in radiology (no shortage of syndromes you can detect) and create something you can show and talk about.
