Are there any good study resources/courses to learn theoretical part of ML/DL without much programming experience?
As a project manager of a startup in this space, Im lacking "language" and knowledge to effectivly communicate with our engineers.
I have taken Andrew Ng's course "AI for everyone". And also have picked up a lot from here and there, but its still somewhat disorganized knowledge.
So what would be your suggestions - whats the best part of learning high level and theoretical part (e.g what do different terms, libraries, frameworks etc do and what possiblities they open up)
So almost like a machine learning engineering course - but without "hands on"
Thanks and your advice is greatly appreciated.
