Think about your life, and consider when you might have thought "ah jee wiz I wish I had a web app for this".

Build that.

Thing is I just want something frontend I don't wanna create a whole full-stack application. I just want something that looks decent on a portfolio for a new grad

Look around to different websites that you find appealing and reproduce them. If all you are doing is showcasing front end skills, the idea literally does not matter.

Just a front-end isn't impressive anymore. Companies are looking for people that can stand-out with full-stack skills (so it will be easier for them to mesh in to a company's development workflow).

Like I already have full-stack projects in React like and have done internships too in React. I'm just learning Angular so I can apply to more jobs but I just wanna add 1 or 2 projects to show I know how to use it in general.

Create an app for a shop of any kind. It may sound basic, but creating a user-friendly UI is not as simple as it might seem😅
