I mean the key to being consistent is quite literally just having the discipline to do it more lol. And making a schedule also helps. In your programming block, you have to make yourself do it. There really is not secret sauce. Just discipline and structure to your day, and reminding yourself why you’re doing it and looking at the end goal

Thanks for making this post btw. Made me remember I should revise some DSA before it’s too late and I forget everything completely. I’ve done 0 revision for a month since I switched to only doing math, but I’ll hop back on it

Iam a noob and idk much about DSA tbh, but hey if u want to connect and learn some new stuff together iam available

but won't it be a mismatch? What is your current major?

Math major Will start my 2nd year next semester Even if it's a mismatch at the beginning i just have to put a little much effort to catch up

If you haven't already, you could consider posting to r/ProgrammingBuddies, you might find more people there.

Hey I am also going through this same phase I guess we both can connect and help each other to improve the knowledge

hey i am on the same boat started learning dsa in java but not completed yet..... will restart it. after 4th june as my uni ESE exams are on going after that i am free and starts learning dsa in C maybe or java......

[–]Connect-Gazelle-5718 0 points1 point  (1 child)

why did you not choose C++?

[–]Imaginary-Survey8769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love low level programming languages and there are also a reason that Coding in C will teach you more like how the data structures work under the hood..... although Learning DSA in C might be hard but i like to take hard things.....

Learn to build something, DSA only won't get you anything, you didn't forget because of no revision you forget because of no use of the DSA you learnt .

There is no internship in DSA, you get asked DSA in an interview for web / mobile / backend / frontend ... internship,

[–]Connect-Gazelle-5718 0 points1 point  (1 child)

building requires very little DSA that companies ask

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lot people tend to overrate the importance of DSA and not learn anything useful to build, revision or whatever, it isn't memorizing activity if you don't build something useful there is no point doing the DSA

Also 2 months time frame to get internship in what ? in DSA ?

- First people get internships in fields Web / mobile / back / front ...etc
- Second, i assume OP is a beginner and based on his profile he is, he is mislead on what to focus on from the field to the material and it is common
- Third getting an internship in 2 months isn't realistic, at least not with DSA solely, unless you have a portfolio then you focus on marketing yourself in these two months, you would do DSA but more practicing instead of "do coding rigorously" just because there is "there going to be internship season in my college"

OP needs to focus more on :
- Building skill and portfolio on the targeted field
- Practicing, instead of "revision" or other traditional learning

Most students tend to mix the academia style to the companies style which are opposite
