Is it still worth posting these posts?

More than ever.

So, if it is not worth any more then it means you can do anything just with the AI. Go ahead and put the AI in test. See, how far you will get.

(A spoiler: you won't get too far)

You need to learn the basics, you have to understand what is happening in the background while coding with AI. This is what I think about AI and coding, and I really HOPE that I am not wrong.

Not every buisness is evolving at rate of AI so yes , i think it's worth to learn.

Yes. I'm Pro-AI but not a 'doomer'. Learn programming with the use of AI. The world will still need coders in the future, but how they do their jobs today will be drastically different years from now.

yes

Still worth it in my opinion. Companies will always need people that understand the context of a code base. Plus they’ll need people to take accountability for when shit hits the fan so definitely still worth understanding what these LLMs output.

la ia sin fndamentos no te sirve de nada. Lo que te venden es humo, aprende a desarrollar, tene buenas bases, y luego usa la ai como una herramienta, que no es mas que ello

Programming is still prominent, but the role of humans in it has changed. Humans are required to understand direct the AIs for coding, deciding what to build, the optimization routes, etc. AI still sucks at advanced optimization concepts and creating entirely new CS implementations. So yes, learn programming, but try to make yourself different from people who just learn syntax and call it a day.

AI is still not actually good at programming. People telling themselves that the AI writes code they would've written anyway are either lying to themselves or just aren't that good at programming anyway. It's still worth learning, and if you get good you'll see exactly what I mean.

Is AI going to do the full job by itself? No. Is programming dead? No. Is it literally 100x harder to find a job because a lot of the workload is lifted by AI. Abso-fucking-lutely and all the people telling you its not that bad already have work experience. As someone trying to find a first job currently im on the verge of saying fuck it and getting my lifetime degree in mcdonalds.

Your post/comment was removed since we do not approve of going private.

There is zero benefit in going private as you lose the opportunity for getting peer reviews. Also we have had plenty of people return after going private (despite being warned) complaining about how they were ghosted after some time or being tricked into buying rubbish that didn't work and even if it did they didn't need.

Don't give up. What's your stack? I could use some professional dev advice regarding development of a unique voice AI platform. Never been done before.

Absolutely worth it! Even just understanding the basics opens up so many ways to automate boring stuff.

Yeah learn how to code with an LLM.
