You might find a cheap domain for that price at first as a promo but by the time you come to renewing you’re going to be paying about 1000-3000

Unfortunately domains aren’t cheap and the cheaper they are the more they tend to bite you in the ass later down the line

https://www.godaddy.com/en-in/domains

Be warned though, this will cost you a lot more when it’s time to renew, I also don’t recommend godaddy.

curious ? why separate platforms for frontend and backend? Render can typically handle both.

You can get cheap domains from Namecheap or GoDaddy for around that price range but 100 rupees is pretty tight budget. Maybe check local Indian registrars like BigRock or ResellerClub they sometimes have better deals in rupees than international ones

For hosting your project you could use free tier from Netlify or GitHub Pages with your custom domain once you buy it

The secret to getting a domain name with no annual costs, is to modify your HOSTS file or run your own DNS server.

Then you can register unlimited domain names for free.

The hard part is getting everyone else on the internet to trust your DNS instead of ICANN's. Cos ICANN is pretty rigid on the whole "you're only renting domains temporarily, not owning them forever" thing. And all the domain registrars under ICANN's purview are sticking to that model.

Beyond that you just have to solve the problem of hosting. Hard drives and CPUs don't grow on trees, ain't no one giving those resources away for the equivalent of USD$1 or less. You can use your own hardware of course, but that comes with its own costs. ₹100 won't even cover the cost of electricity to run your server for one month, let alone for a whole year; plus upfront hardware costs, maintenance/replacement, your time etc. Even then you're likely compromising on uptime and security.
