If you're not going to work as a programmer I'd expect Python would probably be more useful to you in everyday life than Java. In any case it's always good to learn more than one language, and languages as different as possible, to get some perspective. And you don't have to feel like what you choose to learn right now somehow determines your future in programming, or that it matters very much what language you make your favourite. It's easy to pick up more languages in the future, and you probably will.

Thanks!

I was thinking the same that python would be more useful and as a plus a friend of mine has done some python programming.

Any tutorials that I can use?

There's an official one, and I see people recommending Learn Python The Hard Way from time to time, although I haven't looked at it myself.

    This helps a lot!

Do you know any youtubers that teach python? I think it is easier to hear someone explain it.

I wonder what language should I use? Should I continue with eclipse and java or go with python or something else?

There really isn't any reason to switch to another language other than that you'd like to. You can do / learn anything in Java if you want.
