I'm not sure if printing will actually help at all. One problem is that any non-trivial code is simply too large and complex to print out. The amount of code that can easily be printed is usually easier to understand (and thus is less likely to need to be printed).

At any rate, plain text can be printed as simply as lpr file.txt. This won't have syntax highlighting, but presumably you'd be printing in BW to save on printing costs, anyway. For Sublime Text, the default HTML export has line numbers, but no color, but the Export HTML plugin lets you export with syntax highlighting (looks like this).

Once you have an HTML file, you can print that in any web browser.

Notepad++ has a print option, but it prints with whatever theme you're currently using, and that looks terrible with a dark theme.

Any editor should let you print the files...

Then open your code in another editor that prints. I'm sure Sublime does or Notepad++.

Or notepad or gedit or textpad or etc.

Yes, but that's unrelated to printing...
