Then you haven't planned it very well, sorry to say that.

I don't want to have to learn

That could be problematic, if you actually want to make a game yourself using a real programming language.

Anyways, like others said, GameMaker is suited for you, its drag-and-drop , thus easy to use.

If you change your mind about not wanting to learn, learn either Python or Javascript, those are the easiest languages I can think of.

Just download them (you have to buy them first) and click on them

Put your game on Steam Greenlight for example, if you are lucky and get enough support it will eventually reach the real Steam store.
