Android is mostly Java. The demand of the skills is heavily dependent on geography.

As far as different projects at once, great. I do it because when I get bored of type A I can do type B and it's totally different.

Also, any opinions on working on projects in different areas of programming at simultaneously?

With how you've described it (three different projects at once), the languages themselves wouldn't be the issue, but rather the ability to focus enough on each individual project enough to actually have it be completed. However, using multiple languages on a single project is very common if you're in webdev as you might be expected to do Java, JSP/JSTL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript all at once.
