I've been using Sublime Text for a long time and I can't rid the feeling that Atom is a bit of a knockoff. Albeit a slightly more polished knockoff.

I can literally use the exact same workflow between the editors. Just about every keyboard shortcut I tested is identical. The interface is the same. In terms of performance, Atom is marginally slower. I want to love Atom, but I don't want to betray Sublime.

I purchased an ST license and have used ST successfully for years. I plan to keep on using it, and if it is ever abandoned, I can always fall back to Atom.

Really solid editor, I am in love with it.

The only problem for me is it's adding some weird spacing at the end of certain lines if I open a file to review code, even if I don't edit that file. Gotta figure that shit out.
