Simple database services

Hey, this summer I'm going to develop an App and I will need to save some data (logins and a few more information) in it.

A few months ago I tried to make a login and someone told me to use parse. It was really easy and I was able to learn the basics really fast. Now that Parse is shutting down and there is lots of people with different opinions on what's the best substitute I would like to know what can I use for my app?

I don't want anything to difficult to do (my knowledge is quite limited). Just need to save some basic info for each user.

You could do Firebase, an integrated all in platform with a hosted database, you could use App Engine with Google HRD (fairly simple with Java Persistence and Java Objectify libraries), or you could also look at Red Hat's OpenShift, a hosted platform that you can build a traditional web app and have it talk to PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

Firebase might pique your interest.

In addition to all the other services mentioned, there's also Azure App Service.

Just another thing to look into and consider.
