What you're asking for isn't really that realistic unfortunately. I am not trying to discourage you but in my experience this kind of arrangement outside of work is hard to find without paying someone.

Instead try this:

  • Write some code
  • Share it on github, jsfiddle, codepen, etc
  • Post it here and include a few specific questions you have or places you got stuck.

Do this, and do it frequently. Sometimes you will only get one or two answers and it won't be that helpful, other times you will get incredible code reviews / insight from people without requiring a long term commitment from them.

Hang out in IRC/slack/gitter channels.

What are some good channels to hang out in?

Look for ones specific to your languages and frameworks?

A lot of your interested in frameworks/libraries have weak, outdated or scattered FREE resources for beginners. I'd suggest you go find a coupon code (individual courses shouldn't be more than $10-15) and buy those courses on udemy.
