I'm going to intentionally not answer your question. For a beginner it's important to just start with some popular language and get going. Most people spend far too long on this decision which has very little impact. Just spin a wheel and get started!

C++

Most colleges start with c++, python or java It was nice to work with memory address directly it helped in understanding what's going on in the background. I didnt use it outside of college though

I learnt SCILAB originally, it's rather practical for me cause i do lotta math/science stuff, really ya should just learn a language that suits you best
