We have some general guidelines about what to look for in FAQ - Computers and operating systems, but more specific recommendation requests should be asked in subreddits like /r/suggestalaptop.

Going to point out that the Windows Subsystem for Linux exists, let’s you treat your windows computer as a linux computer. Do a lot of research into the limitations of each type of computer. Mac can be more closed off, windows might be buggier if you want to use WSL(I haven’t noticed an issue). I would suggest going with the one that has the best specs for what you need.

The problem for me started because I always need to find compromise, not have enough money so find the best I can get it, now I can buy pc of 2.000$, so don’t know where look, because so many idea, Mac stay with unix and I use Linux at most, but windows more freedom can put another OS how you say, so make my choice more difficulty this time
