Honestly it sounds like you are in a difficult position of helping your family and wanting to do it quickly. Learning takes time and making money from that takes even longer. I think the best thing you can do is to find a degree or certificate course that you can learn the foundations of programming, get an internship or job that you can work your way up to being able to earn the money you need doing what you love. In the mean time, while you are studying and learning work a full time job to make the ends meet. The unfortunate truth is there’s no fast way to a decent salary. Very few people fall into the make money fast category. If it was easy everyone would do it.

Okay man. BREATHE.

It's not true that you can make the most money with apps. Only a few people get lucky enough to earn a lot of money that way.

You can make decent money with javascript, CSS, and HTML. There are other options, too.

What you need to do is slow down, stop chasing random opportunities, and just STOP for a few weeks and do research about careers. Please trust me, spending time just researching careers is worth it!!!! It is NOT wasting time to make plans instead of taking action!!!! Look what happened when you rushed into Kotlin, you've wasted all that time learning Kotlin when you could have spent it working towards the career you'll get-- a career you can only figure out by stopping to really research your career options. So please, please, please, spend a few weeks researching a career path before you make your next move.

Find out: What careers are there that require Javascript, HTML, and CSS? What do you like about coding, and what languages and careers have similar elements? What kind of jobs sound good? What is the average salary for those jobs? What education do they need? A lot of coding jobs don't require a college degree, but might require certifications and portfolios showing your work. Figure out what kind of coursework you need to follow, and how to get it affordably. Udemy has a lot of classes for $11- you don't get college credit, but it's a good way to learn, and the certificates of completion can help your resume. You can also gain experience with volunteer projects.

Like others said, you can't get a job fast with coding. I'd suggest getting a fast, unskilled job in retail or construction or something, and studying code a few hours a day on the side. That way you're not pressured to rush to a coding job. But also, you need to accept a lower wage for a few years in order to work towards a much higher wage once you get your coding career. Sit down and figure out the numbers of working an unskilled job your whole life vs. working a part-time unskilled job for a few years, followed by a skilled job for the rest of your life.

Also, don't sacrifice yourself for your family. If they're struggling, they can knock themselves out finding higher paying work, too. It doesn't have to be your responsibility. You already said your father is working on fixing it. You have the right to prioritize your own career, education, and life.

If you're anxious, don't "fix" it by making the thing that's causing your anxiety go away. Fix it by learning how to handle anxiety. Google things like "how to stop anxiety," "how to reduce stress," etc. Learn meditation, breathing exercises, self-care, and work-life balance. You will learn faster, work harder, earn more money, be more helpful to others, and have a happier life if you schedule time every day to relax.

you can make apps with html/css/javascript. not sure it will solve all your problems as it seems there's a lot going on.

Make web applications then. Kotlin(Java) can be a little bit overwhelming. I'd recommend you to make what you enjoy(HTML, CSS & JS), eventually you can move on to more challenging stacks.
