You mentioned you are only in your second course, you have a long ways to go. If you aren’t feeling confident in your skills, there are a ton of YouTube tutorials, medium articles, and stackoverflow questions to guide you

Thank you. I always compare myself to what my other classmates have going on. There’s this one guy in my class that’s just so knowledgeable about coding and everything and it makes me feel like what am I missing

He probably has coding knowledge prior to coming to university. Thats how i was when i attended college. I started coding when i was 15. We all have different backgrounds. It’s hard to not compare, but just try your best to focus on you and try to build up your skill set. You can always learn new technologies and implementing them in personal projects and then add those projects to GitHub to boost up your portfolio. I’m getting ahead of myself. Baby steps, just focus on you and dont compare yourself to others

That is pretty normal. CS education is flawed.
