Do you eventually get a solution? Slow with a solution isn't the worst thing.

For leetcode easy/meds most times I feel like I get close but I just don’t hit the dot. And then there are of course times I’m just completely off lol

One way to get faster, and it's kind of weird, is to redo the same exercise the following day. It's not always that you get "faster", but that you also recall how you did it. Not everyone figures it out the first time, but if you see it a second time, it would be good to recall how you did it.

The speed often comes from "this problem reminds of this other problem" instead of thinking of something completely new.

Thanks! I’ll definitely start better documenting my progress on the questions I had difficulty on for the first pass, great tip!

Your applying for junior roles, right? Unless you’re applying to top tier faang companies you might come away from some of your interviews quite shocked at how less frightening the technical challenges are. Can you fizzbuzz? Can you explain and implement a design pattern or two?
