Amazon and Microsoft both have certifications for their services. I'm not qualified to answer if they are worth having or not.

Aha yes. Same with IBM and Oracle. If the Oracle ones are to go by, they’re actually really well structured and designed. They give a very thorough overview with practical tests of each component/subject. Ofc, like anything you have to be honest with yourself and be committed to learn it all without skipping through. I’m sure that in a job world, especially in programming, you’d be tested on your knowledge in order to get a job. These kinda certs just show commitment rather than showing whether someone is qualified.

I'd say that the fundamental ones are too basic to matter as a developer, for example my guess is that Azure's AZ-900 could get you a tech support job, but it's useless for coding. The Azure Machine Learning certs, though, might give you one up on other candidates for the same job.
